Bowling for laughs

Intermediate Unit # 6 conducted out of the
Allegheny-Clarion
Valley
Elementary organized a field trip for preschooler students to the
Mt.
Joy
Lanes bowling alley in Knox on March 19. The group of nearly 30 parents and
children spent the afternoon building their skills and enjoying laughs and
snacks. Pictured here, children from both the morning and afternoon classes get
instructions before taking their turn on the lane. RIU provides an integrated
educational experience for children age’s
three
to five
under the direction of Carrie Forsythe. The RIU also provides services to all
children with a developmental delay.
