General News PAWS advises on lost and stray pets
CLARION – With the Jan. 31 closing of the Clarion County
Humane Society and with the Clarion Pet Adoption and Welfare Society still
seeking for a new shelter location, And Clarion PAWS members are concerned for the safe return
