General News State police step up patrols in Farmington
Cpl. Richard Douthit, standing in for new Tionesta station

several times, but it hasn’t been at the right times. “I know it’s hard for you guys to be there all the
time. I know you have a lot to do.” Douthit said he would try to arrange more patrols along the
road during the hours Crise suggested. Township road master Francis Allio said he has noticed an
increase in trash and junk strewn along Douthit said it is hard to prosecute littering incidents
unless a trooper actually sees the offense occur. State police at Tionesta also responded to 19 incidents in
