Kayla Jo Wade is charged with two felony counts of violating the controlled substance, drug, device and cosmetic act for unlawful possession and delivery of a controlled substance; one count of violating the CSDDCA as a misdemeanor for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia; and one count of criminal use of a communications facility as a third-degree felony, for allegedly using a cellular telephone to set up the drug sale, at 12:57 p.m. July 18 in Richland Township.

Jason T. Wade is charged with one count of violating the CSDDCA as a felony for alleged possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; and two counts of violating the CSDDCA as a misdemeanor for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 2:40 p.m. July 18 in Richland Township .

Clarion County Chief Detective William H. Peck IV, lead investigator for the Clarion County Narcotics Task Force, alleges a confidential informant said the Wades were selling heroin and agreed to make a purchase from the couple.

The confidential informant allegedly purchased three small plastic bags of heroin for $75 from Kayla Jo Wade at her apartment.
