Scream for ice cream…

Golden
Living
Center
in Shippenville’s baking group spent the afternoon of July 15 celebrating Ice
Cream Day. The group created their own delectable ice cream sundaes under the
direction of Salena Porada. The activity allowed residents to request the treats
of their choice to top the vanilla ice cream from all types of ingredients
including sprinkles, chocolate syrup, caramel, cherries, whipped cream and more.

Nearly 20 residents attended the social. Other activities at the
Golden
Living
Center
include crafts, bingo, playing cards and gardening.
