Muriel J. Reed Former employee of SHIPPENVILLE – Muriel J. Reed, 87, of Clarion, died early
Saturday morning, Born Ms. Reed was a 1939 graduate of St. Petersburg–Richland
High School. She was a member of the Ms. Reed was employed for many years at Ms. Reed is survived by two sisters, Marilyn Reed of
Foxburg and Gloria R. Burns and her husband, Edward, of Shippenville; a brother,
Richard Reed and his wife, Sally, of Pleasantville; and many nieces, nephews,
great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by
five sisters, Alice Murray, Gertrude Foust, Adda Horton, Clara Gardner, and
Margaret Reed; and a brother, William Reed. Friends were received Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October
7, 2008, in the funeral home with the Rev. Harold Jacobson, pastor Grace
Lutheran Church, officiating. Interment will follow in The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the
