God wants us to discipline our children before their behavior gets out of hand. Do we get a check?

God wants us to teach our children, by example, respect and love for others. Do we get a check?

Let’s compare this with the news we hear and read everyday.

The 10 Commandments are being taken out of everything possible.

Teenagers are killing classmates and blowing up schools and disturbing as this is, one wants to die and go to heaven and kill Jesus!

Alcohol and drugs are destroying our youth before they even have a chance to reach adulthood.

Young married couples, with children, have multiple lovers. And they both think this is OK!

With no guidance from us, these children grow up to be adults with no conscience of what’s right or wrong. And the cycle continues on.

So, moms, are we going to be the parent God wants us to be and put our foot down and say “No!”

Or are we going to be a “buddy” and “friend” so they won’t “hate” us?

Our choice will make all the difference in the world.
